Don’t risk your family with her.

My experience opposing attorney Rachel Caldwell while she represented my ex in family court was deeply troubling and, in my opinion, demonstrated a litigation approach that prioritized aggressive tactics over objectivity, fairness, and the well-being of the children involved. Throughout the case, ...I felt that unverified allegations and highly damaging narratives were embraced and advanced with little meaningful scrutiny, despite the enormous consequences those accusations carried. As a result, I continue to experience a prolonged separation from my child that has caused lasting emotional harm to both me and my family. I also felt repeatedly intimidated during the litigation process. In my opinion, there were instances where pressure and suggestions were made that appeared designed to place me in legally and emotionally precarious situations while fully understanding the potential ramifications if I reacted poorly or made the wrong decision. Rather than encouraging de-escalation or constructive resolution, the process often felt intentionally adversarial and punitive. What was especially concerning to me was that the litigation often appeared more focused on damaging my personal image than objectively addressing the actual facts and issues central to the case. In my opinion, much of the case relied heavily on narrative, characterization, and allegations that I believed were inconsistent, exaggerated, or unsupported by the broader context and evidence presented over time. At the center of all of this is a child who, in my opinion, suffered tremendously as a result of prolonged conflict and adversarial litigation tactics. That is the part I find most difficult to accept. Family court attorneys wield enormous influence over outcomes that permanently affect children and families, and I believe that responsibility requires restraint, objectivity, and ethical judgment. As the case progressed, I believed the court became increasingly receptive to the weaknesses and inconsistencies within the overall litigation strategy. By the conclusion of the proceedings, the contrast in professionalism, preparedness, credibility, and courtroom effectiveness between counsel was, in my opinion, increasingly apparent. Based on my experience, I ultimately felt fortunate to have been opposing Rachel Caldwell rather than relying on her to guide decisions affecting my own family. Given the seriousness of family court matters and the lasting impact they have on children and parents, I would strongly caution anyone to carefully consider whether this style of litigation and judgment is truly in their family’s best interests.

Rachel is the real deal

Going through a divorce is difficult enough—but facing false accusations during the process makes it even more overwhelming. From the start, Rachel Caldwell was a steady and reliable advocate. She approached every step with professionalism and clarity, never getting pulled into emotional distractions... or drama. Her strength lies in keeping the focus on facts and evidence. Rachel presented my case clearly, dismantling false claims not through aggression, but through truth and preparation. She was always honest with me, always prepared, and never made a promise she couldn't keep. I walked away with my integrity intact and a fair outcome—something I credit directly to her counsel. If you’re facing a high-conflict divorce or false accusations, I can’t recommend Rachel Caldwell highly enough.

Go with highly recommended lawyer like Rachel Caldwell

I would unequivocally recommend Rachel and her whole team if you need a knowledge, tenacious lawyer to represent you. We were incredibly fortunate to hire Rachel after two horrendous lawyers and two wasted years. She ended the matter fairly and we are grateful.

Continuous support in a tough custody case

Rachel worked with me on a tough case where the other parent was trying very aggressively to cut me out of my daughter's life completely, not to mention get whatever she could out of the divorce settlement. She was invaluable in the courtroom and helped demonstrate clearly that that person's statemen...ts were completely false, leading to my being awarded shared legal and 50% physical custody. Since then Rachel has been invaluable in answering questions and helping me maintain my rights in a situation where the other parent is still trying to minimize my involvement, including winning a contempt verdict against that person for her actions. Though I definitely wish my situation were easier, I am always glad that Rachel is on my team to help.
