Diana was recommended to me by one of her associates. It was an overwhelming time so I took the advice and proceeded, though I wish I had not. My impression is that Diana either expected me to understand the process or she did not listen to what I was saying...or maybe both. She would forget thing...s I had told her and I thought were very important, and then get furious with me for not doing something that I had no idea was expected. Our communication was horrible and though I am sure that was partially my fault, she blamed it 100% on me with rages and insults. She suggested a realtor that did not know my area at all when we in court in front of the judge so I couldn't look into him. I would have liked to have had a better realtor for our house.
