I meet Tom after a brief conversation over the phone asking for a free consultation. We met and he was always extremely professional from the start. He asked very specific details of my situation. He made sure that all my questions were answered and he also told me the proccess and what my expectatio...ns should be. The mother of my baby was heavily involved in drugs. To a point that she became a danger to herself and others. This case Tom told me it was time sensitive as she can file on he own and hurt the baby. Everything fell into place after our meeting. I needed help, and didn't know where to turn. I consulted with Mr Smith after an incident occurred on my rental premises. Albeit I was renting to a relative, but I personally hadn't lived on the property for approximately 20 years, and hadn't visited in many years. The tenants dog was out in the b...ack yard, when neighbors from across the street were out walking their dog. The owner of the other dog received a puncture wound trying to prevent the dogs from fighting, and consequently wants restitution, from me, even though I do not own this dog. Mr Smith has been an incredible help by taking action talking to the other attorney, conversing with the insurance company, and certainly putting my own concerns at ease. My case is not completed yet, however I have much confidence in his ability to achieve the necessary results.
