I needed help, and didn't know where to turn. I consulted with Mr Smith after an incident occurred on my rental premises. Albeit I was renting to a relative, but I personally hadn't lived on the property for approximately 20 years, and hadn't visited in many years. The tenants dog was out in the b...ack yard, when neighbors from across the street were out walking their dog. Unfortunately their dog decided to urinate, sniff and bark at my tenants back gate, which caused his dog to be irritated, and consequently ended up jumping a six foot block wall to get at the other dog. The owner of the other dog received a puncture wound trying to prevent the dogs from fighting, and consequently wants restitution, from me, even though I do not own this dog. Mr Smith has been an incredible help by taking action talking to the other attorney, conversing with the insurance company, and certainly putting my own concerns at ease. My case is not completed yet, however I have much confidence in his ability to achieve the necessary results.
