Steven R Tutnick

I hired Mr. Tutnick to set up a revocable trust for my wife and myself. Our initial meeting was pleasant but very long (he likes to talk a lot about a lot of unrelated things). Our second meeting was equally friendly and long. During this meeting I gave him the initial payment for his work and we ...settled on the details of the trust. The following week I called him to request a change and to ask a couple of additional questions. During this call, he became extremely insulting and adversarial from the moment I introduced myself -- very unprofessional. He challenged everything I was asking as if I was being cross-examined. He indicated that he doesn't like questions from "people who don't know what they are talking about". Duh -- if I knew everything, I wouldn't have needed to hire you!!! Whenever a "professional" reacts that way to questions from an uninformed client, I become concerned. I feel their job is to inform not to insult. At this point, I dissolved my relationship with him. I would not recommend Mr. Tutnick.
