Karine A Isayev

Karine Isayev has extensive experience in estate planning, special needs planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, charitable planning, elder law, business planning and counseling.  Her diverse clients range from successful business owners needing advanced estate planning and asset protection to families with limited financial resources seeking a smooth transfer of their assets to their posterity.  Additionally, Ms. Isayev is well-versed in the areas of bankruptcy, employment and intellectual property law.  Her goal is to provide peace of mind to each client.

Ms. Isayev was born and raised in Russia.  She graduated with highest honors from Kuibyshev Pedagogical Institute, Samara, Russia, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in English and French.  She was an interpreter and office manager for Chevron Petroleum, Inc., in Kazakhstan and acquired extensive corporate experience while working for Price Waterhouse in Togliatti, Russia.

In 1999, Ms. Isayev received her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.  While a student there, she was a member and staff writer for California Western Law Review.  Ms. Isayev received two American Jurisprudence awards in Legal Skills, and Academic Achievement awards in Women and the Law and Mediation classes.  Ms. Isayev also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Roger G. Strand, U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.

Ms. Isayev is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona with affiliation in the bankruptcy and probate and trust law sections. She is fluent in Russian.
