John Vingelli

I was referred to Mr. Vingelli by a friend (who is also a topnotch attorney) as an expert in criminal matters, and he certainly didn't disappoint. Facing 7 felony counts is harrowing, but Mr. Vingelli navigated the system like an old pro (even though I might not have been the easiest client to repr...esent). He carefully evaluated all aspects of the case, separated fact from fiction, and also vetted me as a potential witness etc. He also interfaced masterfully with the Prosecutor's office (something I don't think I would personally be capable of doing). At the end of the day, 5 of the counts were completely dismissed, and the remaining two magically transformed into low-level misdemeanors. While I still maintain my complete and total innocence on all the charges, Mr. Vingelli was correctly able to prevail upon me the plea agreement was the most expedient route to a speedy resolution. I highly recommend his services to any and all who might find themselves in a similar situation. Bottom line: he's just very, very good at what he does......

John Vingelli represented me in a criminal trespass case. Since I had moved out-of-state, we communicated entirely by phone and never met until the day before the trial. Even so, upon meeting John, I felt that he really understood me as a person and a client. John took considerable effort to allay ...my fears, explain my options and gave exceptional advice. Ideally, the charges would have been dismissed, but for whatever reasons, the prosecutor was adamant about pursuing. The most egregious charge was dismissed, and I was given no jail time, the fine was waived, and I was sentenced to 10 months unsupervised probation. John represented me in a very complicated civil case in Tucson. I was a defendant against a lawyer that was representing himself. The case went all the way to a 3 day jury trial. From the time the trial started all the way to the end, I witnessed John completely controlling the courtroom. There were ...times during the trial when it appeared that the Judge was even learning a few things from John. In the end, we defended 7 civil counts against me, of which we successfully defended 6 of them. The one count against me was my own fault, an honest mistake, of which I admitted to and the Jury found me liable for $100. You read that correctly, $100. You won't find a harder working, better prepared or experienced lawyer than John. He's a top notch person and an amazing lawyer. Yep....we did it again!!! John Vingelli represented me in a personal injury case of 2004. That was no easy case...but one that John fought hard on for me. We were up against a large company with a huge legal team. We won!!! John has a persona that shows he cares about you as a person and wants the be...st possible outcome for you. He gives solid advice, but he always considered my long term situation and pushed to settle the case in favor of me. I had another injury case back in 2016 in which I had no doubt who would argue my case. (I actually have John on speed dial). I was unsure if I even had a case this time...but John made one. I have to say that once again with my interest at heart we just entered a settlement for this injury. I am very pleased with his legal representation and John has become a very dear friend of mine.
