I was represented in my divorce by Mr. Mueller, who did an outstanding job. Unfortunately for me, my ex refused to divorce me and I was one of the 5% of people that had to take my ex all the way to court to get divorced. Mr. Mueller was patient, fair with his charges, accurate in his advice and ama...zing in the courtroom. He was calm under pressure and well-prepared. I would recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.

My experience with Jim Mueller has truly been a blessing. And with that being said, I feel the need to share my experience to hopefully help someone else who is in need, looking for dependable and reliable support. He is _extremely_ professional, yet very sympathetic, and it's genuine. I can say t...hat with confidence because he was handling a very sensitive case of mine, that was up and down, and of profound high stress, for the past 6 years. Unlike my experiences prior to Jim, there was never a doubt in my mind that he wouldn't respond to an urgent email, take a call, show up on time, follow up, provide support, along with sound and logical advice when I at times felt hopeless. He literally walked with me every step of the way. It is rare to come across an attorney who promotes peace, and who still seeks justice in the legal system; he is fair, and truly stands up for what is right. No matter what type of defense we were faced with, his consistency and persistence in truth, righteousness, and professionalism aided in what allowed for us to see the light at the end of such a daunting course. If only every attorney could reflect what Jim exemplifies, I know there would be a lot more peace and truth leaking into the system. Furthermore, I feel like if more attorneys could mirror his integrity, who genuinely helps their clients, who sees the big picture, and promotes truth and the overall best outcome for all involved, I know it would weed out a lot of the unnecessary cases and difficult people that stand for injustice. To anyone reading this, or who is anxiously trying to look for help and have a voice during a trialing and unfortunate time - this is your guy.

James Mueller is a great attorney. When I hired Jim, I had just let my previous attorney go because I felt like I was hemorrhaging money with no results in my contested custody and divorce case month after month. It was as if my previous attorney knew just enough to protect me from things getting wor...se as my ex made more accusations and requests from the court, but made no effort to make anything better for me either. No effort to wrap up the case, or to cut unnecessary costs....but Jim was able to swoop in like an angel late in the game and get my ex who HATES me to agree on what’s best for our child after nearly a year of him fighting me on the simplest of things, like haircuts and diet restrictions. I would say it’s safe to estimate he did triple the work for less than 1/3rd of the pay I was giving the overpriced “shark” lawyer I found on AVVO when I was desperate. I can’t even think of a time where I had a question that I wasn’t able to talk to Jim about the same day, and he was very fair with billing. His paralegal is very nice and good at her job, and I never felt judged by anyone in the office despite them knowing all of my dirty laundry. Jim fought harder for my case than I could have hoped for. I hope I never need these kind of services again, but if I do, I know I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. As a single mother with a limited income, I would recommend this attorney to anyone.
