Biography

Keith R. Galbut leads Galbut Beabeau’s corporate, construction, real estate, and outside general counsel practices. He is also the Founder and President of ADVOCATE – Residential Construction Advisors, a leading residential construction advisory and owners’ representation firm. He has extensive experience in corporate and real estate transactions, including matters of corporate formation and governance and the negotiation of commercial contracts, construction agreements, employment agreements, license agreements, leases, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses. He often protects his clients’ rights and advances their interests in business, construction, and real estate disputes, whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

A community leader in business and law, Keith served as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Law at the Thunderbird School of Global Management for over ten years and served as Chairman and President of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations. He was honored by Global Chamber as “Global Business Service Provider of the Year” and with the “PCFR Visionary Award” by the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations. Outstanding Law Firm

I have nothing but kind words to say about Keith Galbut. I hired Keith to help me with a Chinese factory dispute that has been extremely stressful for myself and my family. We are dealing with a powerful Chinese factory that has issued frightening threats to both my company and me personally. He wa...s completely comfortable dealing with this complex situation and had in depth knowledge of international business and law. My wife and I initially met with Keith just before the Covid 19 outbreak and then many times afterwards either on Zoom conference calls or cell phone meetings. He always made sure to take the time to carefully listen to all the issues and problems associated with our situation. Keith has been a rock solid legal advisor guiding me through all the correspondence and has turned this ordeal into a positive result. Instant Peace of Mind

Keith is great! Keith clearly knows his jurisprudence. You just found your attorney! THE BEST in the business!

AMAZING! PLEASE read!!! If I could give Mr. Keith Galbut and his team 1000 stars I would! I have always enjoyed my professional relationships with my personal attorneys but nothing like this! I am a professional with multiple limited liability companies and a busy life! Mr. Galbut has been a gam...e changer! He has assisted my family and my company with estate planning, identity protection, and family security. He opposed a major commercial health insurance company and recovered over $100k for my family with charges, eventually getting them all covered for us. He has assisted me with a personal law action suit as well. I couldn’t be more impressed. He has a gift for communication and understanding the client’s needs. Simply the best representation, advocate, and counselor.

I was referred to Keith by a business partner in 2007 to unwind a very messy end to a partnership with 14 members. Keith guided me through, and got the best results possible. Since then I have been through several business matters that required great diligence and skill. He and his firm have never... gotten me anything less than amazing results. He is one of the kindest and brightest people I know. I now refer all of my clients and friends that need assistance to him. I will always give him the most glowing references possible.
