I and my family have used Craig Weiss as an attorney several times over the past 7 years for patent work and IP consultation. We will use him in the future and would highly recommend him.
We have found him to be extremely knowledgable and responsive, but I think the thing that we have valued the most in our relationship with him has been his frank candor and collaborative style.
He asks insightful questions, listens to our answers and draws on his years of experience to help us understand different ways to view what we are working on, which helps us hone our ideas.
I draft and prosecute patent applications through the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and advise clients on the best and broadest way to protect their intellectual property.
I have drafted dozens of gaming related patent applications. I have also been a panelist at the G2E conference in Las Vegas, the world's largest gaming conference.
I advise clients in all areas of intellectual property: patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret in order to provide them with the best possible protection for their intellectual property.
I advise clients on their potential exposure to a claim of patent infringement as well as whether or not they have a patent infringement claim and how to pursue it.
I advise clients on how to defend a case of trademark infringement or how to pursue someone who has infringed their trademark in consultation with my firm's team of highly specialized intellectual property attorneys.
I advise clients on the appropriate strategy for dealing with a copyright infringement matter in consultation with the attorneys I work with who specialize in intellectual property litigation
I advise clients on the best way to license their intellectual property in consultation with my firm's experienced intellectual property attorneys.

President of Zen Gaming Inc.
For years I have entrusted in the services of the Weiss & Moi group. They have overperformed and have been one of the best law firms I have ever worked with. I am very happy to say that they have been successful at getting numerous patents issued for our group of companies.

Craig Weiss exceeded my lofty expectations at every juncture of his handling of my matter!
As an attorney, I have extremely high standards for those who handle my own legal affairs. Congratulations to Craig for exceeding my expectations and setting an even higher bar. Craig diligently handled the prosecution of my gaming patent. He is not only incredibly responsive, he is incredibly knowledgable. I look forward to sending him my clients who are in need of a true IP expert.

World class patent attorney
Craig Weiss is one of the most brilliant people I have ever known. I first met him several years ago when I hired him to write a patent for a new casino game I had invented. Not only did he write an airtight patent in which every single claim was approved by the US Patent Office, he also kept me involved in and apprised of every step of the process. He is always easy to get a hold of and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns. He has a knack for making even the most abstruse and confusing concepts easy to understand.
His father, Harry Weiss, was a legend in the field of intellectual property law. Having worked for his father for years, Craig benefitted from Harry's 50+ years of IP law experience. This, combined with Craig's own very impressive body of work, give him an astounding wealth of knowledge, both legal and technical.
Not only is Craig brilliant, he is also a wonderful person who truly cares about his clients best interests. I have used his services several times since that first patent application, and will continue to do so whenever I have the need. I would STRONGLY recommend him to anyone looking for a good patent attorney.

Chairman & CEO D Franklin Group
I know Craig Weiss as A client - an exceedingly pleased client .... and I am relatively sophisticated about patent processes both personally and professionally.
Craig has processed a patent application for my partner - which was received in record time at nominal expense comparatively.
Then I recommended Craig to the CEO of a firm who is a close personal friend - and who was being told by a high-powered west coast firm that the patent process would take in excess of a year and over $100,000 - Craig had my friend's patent in hand in less than 90 days and at a small fraction of the suggested cost.
One unique aspect of Craig's work (at least to me in my fairly extensive experience in dealing with patent matters), once he has assessed the intellectual property, he provides a flat fee in advance to complete the process. That approach has been very comforting in that no one likes to see the "hourly fee clock ticking" toward seemingly endless legal expenses.
I cannot commend Craig Weiss highly enough. Beyond his many patent successes, he is attentive to his clients, fun to be around, great to work with, available if and as needed, on task and on time, well staffed - and quite simply - I would just end by saying that - all things considered - he is the among a small few who are the absolute best at this legal art form.
