Phoebe Moffatt concentrates her practice on estate planning, including the preparation of revocable living trusts, wills, health care powers of attorney, durable powers of attorney, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and other revocable and irrevocable trusts. Phoebe Moffatt provides guidance and assistance to fiduciaries in charge of administering a trust or an estate, including assistance with tax return preparation, guidance regarding collection of decedent's assets, paying decedent's liabilities, and distributing assets to the decedent's legal heirs and beneficiaries. In certain matters, Phoebe Moffatt acts as legal counsel for beneficiaries and heirs of a decedent. She also provides legal representation in guardian/conservator matters.
