Mark represented me on a complex case involving two super extreme DUIs with property damage and other related charges. The only reason I am writing an anonymous review is because of my position as a high-school teacher. I was charged for Extreme DUI (15.1 BAC) and was worried of what would happen to me. Mark was absolutely incredible. From day one he explained the whole situation from the Criminal charges to the DMV Administrative Hearings, and their respective procedures and consequences. He gave me step-by-step account of what was happening. Mark would follow-up on my emails and phone calls in 24hrs and he would patiently go over what would be coming next. In October of 2016, I was arrested by the Scottsdale Police and charged with nine violations all centering around driving under the influence in conjunction with me wrecking my car. How he convinced the lead prosecutor to the plea is simply “ALL PRO” representation! I could go on an on about his legal skill but as I have written, his best trait is that he cares and shepherds his clients over unfamiliar legal terrain while keeping them calm and confident.
