Robert W Jones III

Robert W. Jones III grew up in Northeastern Illinois and moved to Arizona with his wife, Barbara, in 1972. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, College of Law in 1973.

Jones is an experienced Arizona attorney and is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Specialist in Estates and Trusts and has served the East Valley for many years. His practice includes Estate and Business Planning, Trust and Probate Administration, Marital Agreements, Tax Planning, Probate and Trust Litigation, and Real Estate Transactions. He served as an officer and director of the Probate Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the East Valley Estate Planning Council. Mr. Jones and his staff bring a combined 65 years of experience to the practice.

He and his wife, Barbara, live in the East Valley, volunteer at the Heard Museum, Paz de Cristo, and enjoy golfing and spending time with their granddaughter. They have 2 daughters, Jennifer A. Jones MD, a San Francisco physician, and Jackie A. Jones JD, Bob’s law clerk.
