Justin Cook was born at Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma and was raised on the Cook family farm/ranch in North Central Keya Paha County near Mills, Nebraska. His undergraduate degree at Hastings College was in Biology. In 2001, Justin graduated from the University of Nebraska-College of Law. He went on to practice as an associate attorney in Hastings, Nebraska where he gained expertise in litigation work. In 2003, he moved his family back to Lincoln to start his private practice. Justin has represented companies from all over the country as well as numerous individuals and companies right here in his home state of Nebraska.

Justin is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Ciminal Defense Attorneys Association and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. He is a member of the Nebraska Farmers Union, Saunders County Livestock Association, Leadership Lincoln Class XXI and is a firefighter for the Ithaca Volunteer Fire Department in Saunders County.

Best in town

Justin did the best job. My case was a case there was no beating but at the end with the sentencing I was happy with the results. he spoke highly of me with the most up respect and gratitude. Best lawyer in town if yu asking me.

The best in Nebraska

Justin Cook-Lincoln Law LLC is by far the best attorney in Nebraska and I would hire him over any top attorney in any major city in this country. The entire firm is friendly, kind, helpful. Justin is an exceptional attorney, with not only amazing litigation skills, be he is funny and kind and cares about his clients in a very real and personal way. We have used Justin for criminal defense, custody, and civil matters and we have been very happy with the outcome.
