Justin has shifted his focus and is using past experience associated with poor and nonexistent estate planning, involving the family farm on which he grew up, to help those in need of estate planning and probate litigation.

Justin J. Cook has an extensive background in general civil litigation, including; family law, contract disputes, motor vehicle accidents, business dissolution, real estate and much more.

Justin J. Cook was raised on a farm and ranch in Keya Paha County, Nebraska. He has represented farmers and ranchers as well as insurance companies regarding issues ranging from livestock death, to crop failure and herbicide application disputes. He also has experience working in the field of forensic agronomy and hold a degree in biology. This background also aids in his ability to counsel clients when forming the proper entities to shield agricultural assets and make proper estate plans.
