At first Michael Miller seemed to be caring, a good listener, and very reassuring about what needed to be done for what should have been a simple divorce. Michael is the stereotypical divorce attorney, all talk no action, he missed dates on my case that cost me over $150-200,000, he delegated everything but the bravado, did not miss a chance to charge a fee, ran up the bill, was inept in negotiation with my ex wife's attorney, he mis managed my case in... court to the point that i took over and ended up speaking with the judge, we had a deal in place prior to going to court that he refused to write up prior to going to court, it was a weekend after all ...
