In my honest opinion there couldn’t be a better attorney for high risk custody cases. I needed an aggressive and articulate litigator and Mr. Miller provided me with the legal protection I needed in order to feel fully protected. I had the unfortunate need for a divorce attorney way back in 2001. I was directed to Mr. Miller by an acquaintance. When the divorce was final I did not get everything I wanted - but that's not the point. Mr. Miller was honest and upfront about the situation, and he handled my case extremely well. D...ivorce sucks, so nobody is ever truly happy. But, I felt that I was well-represented - enough so that I hired him again for a child custody dispute a few years later. Finally, I had the misfortune of needing him for another divorce. Again, I was splendidly represented and he "out-lawyered" the ultra expensive opposing attorney so well that everything wound up in my favor. He knows the judges and what they want to hear. Frankly, I hope to hell that I'm not stupid enough to ever need him again, but I would not hesititate to hire him again.
