Highly recommended

I hired Adam in my custody and divorce case. Adam brings a lot to the table. First, he is going to be honest about your situation and he knows the lay of the land - the Judges, the opposing counsel and how that is most likely to play out in and out of court. My ex switched counsel and he gave me th...e bad news that a ton of paperwork was coming my way. There's nothing he can do about who your ex hires - but he at least knows how its going to play out. Second - He is not someone who is going to price gouge you. Mediation / settlement is almost always going to be your most price efficient way of ending a divorce. Continued litigation usually just benefits the attorneys and you really never know what is going to happen with a Judge - even if you win, you lost by paying lawyer fees throughout. Adam recognizes that - and to the point above, he knows if the opposing counsel is just using the case to buy another beach house. Third - If you do end up in court - Adam is mechanical. In my custody hearing he completely nullified the testimony of one witness with one very pointed question. Lastly - Adam and his office are very friendly, attentive and organized.

Excellent, Honest & Hardworking attorney

He helped me to win sole legal and physical custody of my child. It was an exhausting, contentious case filled with a ton of evidence and information..but he knew what we should use to win our case. He did what I requested and was very honest and worked hard to prepare me. I live out of state and yet... he stayed in close communication and helped me prepare by asking me tough questions about evidence and situations that I wanted resolved in both the civil and appeals court room and outside of it when the other party continued to give me issues. He was available by email, by phone and when I arrived in VA. His wife, his secretary is very knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. I would highly recommend using his services for your legal matters or criminal cases (as my case involved both regarding my daughters father and his mothers behaviors).

Great representation for my DUI and bogus drug charges

recently got into some criminal trouble with the Stafford County police on my way home from a cookout/family reunion. I got pulled over and got a DUI and some other charges because I refused to take a breathalyzer and one of my passengers had some drugs. I made an appointment with Adam and he ...explained the whole situation to me and walked me through how everything would work at Court. I had never been in trouble before and was really afraid about going to jail. When we went to Court Adam met me there and told me about a potential deal he had worked out. I was very surprised and happy that he had gotten all my charges except the DUI dropped and I wouldn't have to go to jail. After Court he made sure I understood all my paperwork. I highly recommend Adam Crickman if you are facing a legal problem.
