He helped me to win sole legal and physical custody of my child. It was an exhausting, contentious case filled with a ton of evidence and information..but he knew what we should use to win our case. He did what I requested and was very honest and worked hard to prepare me. I live out of state and yet... he stayed in close communication and helped me prepare by asking me tough questions about evidence and situations that I wanted resolved in both the civil and appeals court room and outside of it when the other party continued to give me issues. recently got into some criminal trouble with the Stafford County police on my way home from a cookout/family reunion. He had upbeat and positive advice until the day of the court hearing. After speaking with the other sides attorney that day, his advice changed completely. I was very unhappy to hear him change his advice at this late date. When I told him this, he went into a screaming tirade that everyone outsi...de the conference room could hear. He challenged me to fire him so I could just go in front of the judge alone. On another occasion while speaking to the judge, he referred to me using the defendants name. The defendant giggled. I was horrified.
