Biography
Kyle Cramer is a founding member of Copper Canyon Law LLC. His practice is focused on Tax and Bankruptcy matters. Kyle specializes in the resolution of federal and state tax debts, including offers in compromise, payment arrangements, penalty abatements, audit assistance, and discharging tax debt in bankruptcy. He is also an experienced tax preparer, having prepared thousands of tax returns. Kyle focuses in income and payroll tax matters, but is also experienced with gift, estate, sales (TPT), and unemployment tax issues.
Kyle graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor college of law at Arizona State University. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University where he majored in Economics and minored in Business Administration. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and in the Federal District Court of Arizona. He can represent taxpayers in all 50 states in front of the Internal Revenue Service and bankruptcy clients within the state of Arizona.
Prior to Copper Canyon Law LLC, he worked at a boutique law firm that provided tax resolution and bankruptcy services, as both an attorney and as an Enrolled Agent.
Outside of his practice, Kyle enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two (soon to be three) children.
