About Billie
Biography
Do you need an advocate? Billie’s passion is standing up to bullies. She did it on the play ground as a child and now in the courtroom throughout her representation of clients. Nothing brings her more pleasure than securing a favorable and fair result for a client in the most efficient, affordable manner possible.
After graduating from University of Oregon, School of Law in 2005, Billie knew she didn’t want a traditional legal career. After several years with traditional law firms, she went out on her own in search of a better way of doing things for attorneys and clients alike. The primary goal of the firm was to lower the cost of legal services for clients, and reduce accounts receivables for the firm.

Too busy to listen to you
I unfortunately hired modern law to represent me and my attorney had 50 plus cases. I’ve been divorced already for many years so there is already a decree in place. I asked for relocation, child support and attorney fees and in the span of about a year, modern law didn’t even file any of those things...
