Helped saved my children’s future!

When my case started, I was in a terrible place. My son was being abused and his father was blocking me from getting him medical care and mental health treatment from my husbands abusive behavior and alcoholism. I had been separated for a long time and filed for divorce once on my own but my husband ...wouldn’t give me the information I needed to finalize so the case was dismissed. I was hopeless and lost. I talked to Billie and she immediately knew what to do. Using the medical records we got an order of Protection. And emergency orders. Now I could get my son treatment and his dad couldn’t touch him or see him. We used sober link and supervised visits. We worked with a counselor. I got more child support than ever. This was the scariest time in my life and modern law handled it. It wasn’t fast but it was safe and they made it easy. The best part was in trial. You should have seen my ex’s face when Billie was cross examining him. She made him look so bad and exposed him for the jerk he is. I have never felt so protected or understood. My kids and I are doing better than ever. Billie, Jen, Caitlin and everyone at modern law truly changed my life and I and my kids are forever grateful. ❤️❤️❤️

Compassion, Factual and Holistic

Billie and the Modern Law Firm interacted with us in factual yet very compassionate manner. Clear demonstration of honoring the Laws while caring for our needs. We had a multi state jurisdiction issue and Billie guided us with the specifics required and the optimal path forward, which was to maintain... the jurisdiction in a different state. She also made Herself and the Firm available to support our lawyer in the state of jurisdiction. She cared more about what was right than a retainer. Our Arizona attorney for life!

most amazing family attorney out there!

I wanted an advocate who would listen and fight for our rights. I just wanted what was fair. The other attorney representing the mom kept insisting that we use an artificially high income based on a job my husband had 3 years ago that meant working 60-80 hours a week. There was no way he was going to... keep doing that. He would never see his kids! As soon as we hired Billie the scales tipped and we were on a level playing field. The staff was so professional and nice. I felt like they actually cared about us!!! They took the time to listen and always keep us informed. Within weeks the case was wrapped up and settled!!!!!

Fantastic Family Law Attorney

My husband, Chris, has been represented by Billie Tarascio since 2012. Billie is compassionate and knowledgeable. She efficiently moved our custody case along to a victory, and was able to save us time and money. Exemplary Representaion

Our case has been a long road of emotional ups and downs. It has changed hands and changed states. For the past 7 years of our situation, Billie has always informed us of any updates or requirements immediately since she has taken over. She has never left us wondering what to do next, or waiting on h...er responses. She is extremely professional and yet takes every aspect as what impact from a friends point of view. Feeling like you have a friend to help you through these trials of what life can throw at you, can mean more than words can explain. We have had things thrown at us that was not in our control, and Billie has guided us through them. The whole team at Modern Law should be acknowledged for their efforts in every way!!
