5 stars for Billie T. and Modern Law

I am at the beginning of a long dreadful and what I felt like was a very complicated case to me. My attorney in just a couple visits and communication has changed my perspective on how I look at this challenging important matter. He let me know that there is an end in sight and my case is very typi...cal and they deal with Similar cases everyday. I realized the reality and simplicity of my situation BECAUSE they took on our family court case. I can't literally wait for this to be put behind us but as my other attorney, Billie T. said that she believed that there is a great chance to have a good resolution. And I have been planning to have her and her law firm and team represent me for five years now. My first consult was after trial. Billie was simply honest with her answer and straight up gave me nothing but legal advice and FACTS. I consulted with several firms and attorneys... none were fit or right for my case because they made my case out to be as if it were impossible. (Which it is and was a high conflict case unfortunately) 2020 AND Finally a light at the end of the tunnel thanks to the Modern Law team I have worked with thus far. Lastly, I want to say how incredible my paperwork was worded and prepared... it is to the point, no nonsense while being clear and concise not to mention the kindness and compassion from everyone you come across on this team. Definitely priceless and very grateful. Thank you Billie and modern law for being simply open and honest from the get go.

Compassion, Factual and Holistic

Billie and the Modern Law Firm interacted with us in factual yet very compassionate manner. Clear demonstration of honoring the Laws while caring for our needs. We had a multi state jurisdiction issue and Billie guided us with the specifics required and the optimal path forward, which was to maintain... the jurisdiction in a different state. She also made Herself and the Firm available to support our lawyer in the state of jurisdiction. She cared more about what was right than a retainer. Our Arizona attorney for life!

excellent service in my divorce mediation

Billie did an outstanding job with my divorce mediation. She was very fair to the both of us and helped us navigate through some difficult moments. She was very responsive and timely with any of our requests. I highly recommend her!

Wonderful Representation in Child Custody Case

I am a dad who was recently fighting for 50/50 time with my 5 year old son. Billie was paramount to the successful outcome I received. After an important hearing, Billie had taken a vacation. In the midst of her personal vacation the other party's attorney started an attack by filing pleadings and... petitions to alter the Judge's ruling. I contacted Billie, even though she was on her personal vacation, within hours she had drafted an aggressive pleading in response to the other party's attack. I could not believe that she would take time out of her personal time to continue to fight for my case. I felt like she truly cared about my case, because she knew the details of my case thoroughly, and at trial was quick on her feet and precise. She won my case. In addition to Billie, her staff is great. On several occasions we had to contact her administrative team, who were always quick to respond to our needs. She made her fees affordable by allowing payments. She is quick to respond to emails, most of the time within a few hours. I have referred her to family, friends, and reviewed on internet sites (typically something I normally do not take the time to do). However, I feel like it is important because she was a blessing to me and will be to others.

This firm is a joke

I learned of this law firm through her TikTok. Probably my first mistake. My husband hired the law firm for a modification case. $10,000 spent and the job is only half way completed. The lawyer we used was NOT what we wanted at the end if the day (aggressive but professional). She was the one they ma...tched to my husband since she liked the “messy” cases. After she withdrew because ae didnt have more money to keep throwing at a lawyer, they charged our debit card for $2,000 WITHOUT my husband’s authorization. So now they are committing credit card fraud on top of everything else. The person my husband spoke with in billing said she could not reverse the fraudulent charge. So we will be filing a police report as well as reporting this to our bank. Go with a cheaper attorney or just represent yourself. This firm is NOT like it seems.
