Timothy John Tobin

Tim helped me with what was one of the hardest times of my life. I made a mistake and drove intoxicated. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he was very professional, he was friendly, understanding, and always kept you informed. Given that he was a former prosecutor as well, I knew I could rely... on him as he could put both hats on. Was very satisfied with the outcome regarding the unfortunate circumstance.

I hired Tim Tobin back in February this year (2021) when I was arrested for a super extreme DUI in Paradise Valley. It was my first time ever getting in trouble with the law and I had no clue where to go. I scheduled a meeting with Tim in his office and we went over the documents and Tim got to work.... A week or two went by and all of a sudden Tim had all of the police reports, the body cam footage, original citations, all amendments to the documents, statements, and toxicology results. He informed me of getting all of these documents and went over each one with me. When it came to court Tim let me know WAY in advance my court hearings and due to COVID Precautions I did not have to attend most of my court appearances and he always called to inform me of the results of those hearings same day. In end, Tim and I had my final court hearing graduating me from veteran's court where I entered a plea agreement. Tim was able to negotiate on my behalf a reduction to a DUI impaired to the slightest degree, 10 days jail time which 9 days were suspended and I was given credit for time served. (no jail time) Attend alcohol counselling, and $1350 in fines and fees. That was it, I was expecting far worse. Another piece of incredibly valuable information with Tim and his firm, is his experience in the field he knew what the court was going to require of me and had me get them done WAY in advance so by the time I got to court I completed everything that was intended to be completed when the plea agreement was signed. Which led to a huge relief that I was done with almost everything, and moving on to bigger and better things. If you choose to go with Tim Tobin's law firm you will be in the best of hands. Terrific lawyer and the level of expertise you will receive makes it seem like you didn't pay him enough!

I feel very fortunate to have Attorney Timothy Tobin to represent Me in My DUI case . I knew Az. DUI penalties were severe , and found out just how severe they really are . Tim seemed to have empathy for My situation , He was able to guide Me through every step of the long process .And relieved some ...of the stress and anxiety I was feeling .I think I would have been lost on My own , and am certain Tim produced a better outcome . Had a pretty tough 2019/20 in our household, wife got pulled over in Gilbert, barely blew over the limit, in mid 2019. They dragged their feet and didn't charge her for about 5 months, I got in a little more serious trouble in Tempe in early 2020. Tim was with us both the whole way, I always felt... I understood what point in the process we were in, timely updates and some great personal service as I probably used more of his time with oddities in the Legal and MVD systems due to Covid-19. We were able to get both our issues reduced and I can't recommend Tim enough to others....
