Exceptional Critical Thinking

Sam provided exceptional representation and kept me informed. My divorce decree was a mess and Sam helped me determine what the best course of action would be and then addressed this with opposing council. A lighthouse on the Sea of Legality

When I originally contacted Sam, I was working out of the country. He was informative, polite and understanding. I immediately gained trust in his honest and straightforward attitude. He had no problem communicating via e-mail, and handled all of the paperwork in my absence. His prices were more ...than fair and he never charged me without informing me first before proceeding. Whenever I had a question he knew the exact answer and got back to me in a timely manner. He also helped me get through my divorce in a very civil manner, which I was already apt to do, but with his direction it turned out far better than expected. Legally, I felt exactly how one should expect having a good lawyer, protected and represented. Also he saved me money by having his para-legal Larry do a lot of the paper work, which he is just as honest and trustworthy as Sam. I would definitely expect my good experience to be reciprocated with his future clients and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone.

Got the job done

Sam handled my Child custody case. He was referred to me by my lawyer who could no longer handle my case due to other priorities. He is very knowlegable and knows his job. He was very understanding of any difficulties I had with needing to redo court dates. Sam is an all around nice guy and he got th...e job done (made the other lawyer look ridiculous at the same time). I will say sometimes I was upset and wanted to blame Sam but in reality it was a case of wanting to shoot the messenger. WA state is very liberal and so are many of the judges/policies, dont be surprised if you end up getting a raw deal from the judge. Sam can only argue so much before the judge starts to take it out on him and the client! The only critisism I have is that if you are looking for a super aggressive lawyer who wants to take your exs head off then Sam is not your guy. He is respectful and plays by the its nothing personal game. As for price...you get what you pay for....I paid, and he won my case, so I dont loose any sleep over the money gone. In Short he may not always act or react the way you want but he gets the job done!
