My significant other and I hired John in September of 2020. We were facing a difficult road with possible jurisdiction issues (children’s father lived on a reservation). The father was refusing to return the children to me, and I went 11 months without seeing my young children. After already hiring a...ttorneys out of state, we were discouraged that we may lose this case. From the very first consultation, the team listened to the complexity of our case and showed nothing less than confidence. They really hit the ground running, and John did an excellent job preparing our hearings even among Covid. He is articulate, organized and well spoken. He spent a great deal of time listening to our concerns while simultaneously building our case methodically. We truly cannot express into words how thankful, grateful and lucky we were to have such a passionate person lead our case. Even with the complexity of our case, he got my kids back. My ex wife wouldn't sign to close a checking account I had opened for her while we were married and living overseas, and was making me jump through ridiculous hoops to get her to sign. I didn't know what to do because she would reach back out to me seemingly at random, with another set of demands. ... The bank overseas would only let me close MY account if she said okay, even though we were divorced. I was stuck. John was able to go over my divorce papers and find what he needed to convince her to not escalate this because she was in the wrong and would lose in court if need be. She was angry, but complied. The best part is, I never had to see her. I will definitely use his services in the future.

This was my first experience with attorneys and the law, beyond what I'd seen on TV. John really listened to me, understood the situation and what I wanted, and was real with me through the whole process. John is an absolute beast; really knows what he's doing. And maybe it's his age, but he doesn't ...seem at all jaded and cold. While I hope I don't have to use his services much in the future for my own sake, I know that he is worth every penny, even if I don't get the result I want. Seriously, super grateful for this guy.
