Mr. Jamieson went above and beyond the call of duty from day one. I'm one to ask a lot of questions but he didn't mind at all. A matter of fact, he always answered my e-mails immediately. His answers were always explained so that I could understand and then some. Mr. Jamieson always would do what... he said he would do. Jonathan helped me recover lost rent on a breach of contract on a rental property. The tenant left prior to the end of the contract without proper written notice, leaving the property vacant for more than half the contract length. The most helpful thing was that Jonathan clearly and simply expl...ained the process by which we would recover the lost rent. He was also very realistic with the best and worst case scenario so we could make informed decisions. This was the first time I have ever engaged in suing anyone, and Jonathan was helpful to the end.
