The defendant made a left turn into the center turn lane from a private drive directly in front of plaintiff's path of travel, resulting in a collision. Plaintiff sued for personal injury and Defendant asserted a defense of contributory negligence, arguing that the Plaintiff had entered the center turn lane too early.
