My accountant's office referred me to Liz for help in purchasing a business with my fiancé. I was very impressed with Liz's knowledge and skill in reviewing the contract and making suggestions for improvement so that our rights and interests were protected. She was very prompt in preparing the pape...rwork and her communication with us was excellent from start to finish. I'm an attorney myself but I don't practice in this area, so I knew how important it was to find an attorney who knew this area and could give us good advice. Liz really "knows her stuff."
