He filed three motions to continue in my case (without informing me) and the last was denied. He went to court without telling me there was a court hearing. He failed to answer discovery demands by the opposition. He failed to amend the complaint. The judge then threw out my case and ordered me t...o pay approximately $20,000 in legal fees.
