Mr. Rattay guided me through the whole bankruptcy process, all the way from our initial consultation, where we decided which route to take, to the final stages of completing and submitting the Chapter 13 plan. It is a complicated and lengthy process--which I would not recommend anyone do on their ow...n--and Mr. Rattay's expertise and professionalism were evident every step of the way. Mine was not a simple case, so I question whether a lawyer who is not a bankrupcty specialist would have been able to navigate those murky waters as well as Mr. Rattay, who is one.
