Hired her for a high conflict divorce. Awful experience. She wanted me to settle after not even having my husband complete financial disclosure. This after a 25 year marriage where there were a lot of assets , some of which he was hiding . Wasted 24,000 and 6 months of my life. Not to mention she was... rude and talked down to me . I do not recommend. Very unprofessional, lacking knowledge and definitely did not have my best interest in mind .

Really rough experience with this lawyer. She ghosted me after a few weeks, leaving me without a lot of $$. When I did speak with her, she had a bad attitude toward everything, even encouraging me to settle for a low-amount because she “didn’t want to have to deal with this case much longer”. Very up...set.

It’s been several years since I worked w her and I am still upset. My case was super easy, divorce w wife agreeing on most terms. $5k up front but in the sales pitch she definitely led me to believe it wouldn’t get used up and money would return after. I still don’t know what I paid for. Documents we...re wrong, dates were wrong. I was never kept in communication. My ex then went out and got a lawyer who completely manhandled my attorney. Went from amicable to now staring at back child support, alimony etc for an ex wife that cheated. This was by far the worst attorney I have ever experienced and after running this mess through family members who are attorneys, they definitely agree that this attorney either gave ZERO interest in helping me or was incapable. I got everything I needed after firing her and doing the rest alone w no attorney. Do not hire this scam artist. She will take your money and drive that price up and up while providing you with the worst quality attorney possible. I have my ex wife’s attorney info if u want a real one. Her attorney came in strong, meaning business and completely outclassed “my” attorney. Go with that lawyer if you want results. Hire this one if you want to lose.

Dealing with my ex was a nightmare. She was keeping me from seeing my daughter. She was dictating all the terms and the terms were constantly changing on her mood. I contacted Laura and retained her as my attorney. Having her in my corner was a huge blessing. She did such a great job. She contacted m...y ex and got her attention quick! Pretty much immediately I started getting regular visits with my daughter, that didn't change on a whim. Laura spent the next year working with me, going back and forth with my ex and her attorney. We gradually increased my time with my daughter. At a certain point my ex shut down and refused to negotiate further, so we scheduled a court date. When the day came, it was a tremendous victory. Laura did a fantastic job and now I have equal parenting time and no more harassing texts from my ex. It is such a relief! I'm so happy and I owe it all to Laura and her hard work. I would definitely use her again in the future.

Although she might have some knowledge of family law, my experience with her was a nightmare. I believe she may have good intentions however her execution in this matter did not reflect that. There was poor communication between opposing counsel when it came to upcoming court appearances. Her process... server was unable to serve the opposing counsel with the required paperwork for court, which I may add, for the amount of money that was spent is a completely unacceptable answer! Either her inexperience or lack of preparation greatly hindered the process of an already exhausting custody battle. She EMAILED me of her intent to withdrawal as my legal counsel LESS than a week before my court appearance which put everything into jeopardy. Once again, this is unacceptable for the amount of money that was spent. Hindsight I would NOT hire this attorney again or at least wait until she has more than 5 years of practicing experience under her belt. In my opinion, withdrawing from a case with no more than few days notice to appear in court is completely unprofessional and put her client in compromising position. I hope her future clients have better success.
