Carlene Simmons is the BEST! She succeeded in helping my wife and me get a fresh start in life financially. We are so happy, joyful, and grateful! The first attorney reviewed our inputs, and told us that we don’t qualify for chapter 7, and since he does not do Chapter 13 he cannot help us. We don’t qualify for Ch7 because our income is too high. We don’t have any money left over to pay the creditors for the Ch13.
