I used Diana in the past & now recently have had another consultation with her. She is very determined to fight for you. As a single mother it's very stressful & Diana does a great job as putting you at ease & putting the other party in a corner. She knows the law & doesn't back down. I'm very thankf...ul for her & her help.

Diana has not only represented me but my fiancés case. My case was high conflict and 3 years of continual litigation. While some may go “OMG 3 years??? Be done now!” It isn’t how family court works. Diana got me the exact things I wanted and needed. And mostly protected and stood up for my son ...throughout it all. My fiancé used her to modify as well, which ended up being high conflict but a couple short months later he too got what he asked for and more. Diana is excellent at what she does, and I trust no one else but her. She is honest and up front and knows the court inside and out. She has represented a handful of friends of mine as well. I only refer people to her. Don’t believe the negative reviews.

Please consider why Diana might get ANY bad reviews! In case you can't figure it out, being really good at family law means that you will inevitably piss the other half of the equation off. And, since matters of the family are so emotional and near to the heart, there is going to be backlash. In f...act, I'd be willing to predict that many of the bad reviews are from women who have lost to her in court... "hell hath no fury than a women scorned". Diana is an amazing lawyer who doesn't just seek to represent anyone for the sake of money. In fact, I have come to realize that while she does have a great number of wealthy clients, she values all of her clients the same. In fact, I would venture to say that since she has such a heart for matters of the family, and all things wholesome and true, she doesn't care to look at the $ behind each scenario. Instead, I believe she takes on cases that have the heart of morality; what's best for the family/children, most. And, this was certainly true with my case. I will keep it short in stating that after 18 years of what most thought to be a stellar marriage, mental illness crept in and created an absolute monster in my ex. wife. To exasperate the situation, she was/is in complete denial of the massive wake that she is leaving behind her. And, as such, she continually ratcheted up the attacks on me, my kids, my extended family, and our closest friends… I am talking dirty, unrivaled, conniving attempts to sabotage, demean, slander, demoralize, and emotionally exhaust anything that is good. In all the chaos and uncertainty, Diana was there. Yes, she was there for the family court process, the hearing, the litigation, and the filings, etc.; but, unlike most other lawyers, she was also there ethically and morally. She was not only capable in the matters of a nasty divorce that one cannot prepare for and that are unseen, but she was extraordinary in being able to assist in communicating these things to her client so that I could mentally, emotionally, and physically prepare for what was to come. Hearing how the process will transpire, what to expect, and even predicting what a crazy spouse will likely try next - these are the things that aid in Diana's invaluable resource as a family law lawyer. I cannot speak highly enough of the women, lawyer, communicator, and defender of morality/justice that Diana is, and I would recommend her to any of my closest friends and relatives. I retained Diana for a family matter. She is non responsive to phone, text and email communications, questions and more importantly taking actions. She does not follow through with what she said she was going to file and constantly gives excuses for not doing it. She is non responsive with opposing c...ouncel, which can be detrimental to your case and does not go well with the judge, which means that Negatively affects your legal matters. I hared another attorney to clean up the mess. Your valuable family matters MUST be in the hands of a reputable attorney! Please don't make our mistake of hiring this attorney!

I hope the next person in my position reads these reviews before laying there stressful times, in the hands of Diana Rader. Expecting to get what was promised. After reading reviews I suddenly realized I am currently dealing with the same issues others have explained in their reviews. All True Person...al Experiences! I have a handful of Custodial Interferences, currently forced to get a Order Of Protection against the other parent who has continued to violate the orders and harassing my employer and myself. Almost a year later I am still in the same position I was when I hired Diana Rader. After two weeks of hire, things I was told were going to happen. Never Happened! Things changed without being kept informed that they were changing tactics. My first hearing I was put with her assistant, he is no longer with her firm. Things were filed to the courts without being sent to me before filing. Leaving multiple messages at the office, you will not get return phone calls as promised. Emails I have kept track of, that were never answered. Questions on what was needed to help the case along. I was told things were filed that were never even filed. Waited 9 months for the evidentiary hearing, to have Diana claim we should wait lack of preparation for the evidence. Now with a month left I am forced to hire a new attorney to do things that should have been done way before it escalated this far. Her cell number she gives out has vm that is full and unable to leave messages. I have been told she will call back, never happens. Scheduled appointments that are constantly reschedule or times changed. I just about gave up before talking to several other attorneys about my position, firms asking why nothing has been done on the contempt, or why the hearing was continued. Last PD officer that came out to do a Custodial Interference made the same comment as the other law firms did. Why it has been allowed to continue with reading the court orders, and the extent to build up what I had laid out for her at the time of the report. Waisted time and money to still be in a horrible situation dealing with my situation. With all things said, almost seems like Diana is helping the other parent slide by while I am being told I should just do what mom wants until our hearing is rescheduled. I’m done being told broken promises. Hope this helps the next guy who is in my position dealing with the other parent getting away with everything but what’s in the orders.
