Biography
Vince has considerable experience in the field of bankruptcy law. He has handled a total of more than 3,000 bankruptcy matters under chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. He concentrates his legal practice in helping debtors, but has handled a variety of matters for bankruptcy creditors in the past.
In addition to bankruptcy and credit repair, in the past he has handled a wide variety of cases, from real estate to family law, criminal defense to wills and trusts, corporate formation to corporate dissolution, as well as other types of cases. As a result, he has a broad base of knowledge to help clients with the legal matters they are pursuing.
While serving in the U.S. Army, Vince was posted to Ft. Jackson, South Carolina; Berlin, West Germany; and Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. He was awarded the Army of Occupation Medal for his service in West Berlin.

Not sure what your options are in a Bankruptcy Chapter 13 or a conversion to a Chapter 7.
Very knowledgeable of the processes to file for Bankruptcy Chapter 13 and conversions to Chapter 7.Granted you must have your ducks in a row when he asks for information to begin the process.If you have e-mail and a scanner at home you can make the filing process less painful.
