I hired alane for a dcs case and she got right on it from start to finish it was a long road but she always was informing me of what was going on and what was the next step to get my children and my family back together. She looked after the best interest for me and my children. She was always 2steps... ahead from dcs. She worked aggressively against dcs she was always on top of it letting me know what will help what we can do to get things done so that the dependency could be dismissed. sure enough she got it done. thanks to her since hiring her me and my family saw a big difference because dcs kept giving me and my family the run around and kept lying to us and the court on what they promised us in every meeting we would have with them and what they would agree to do to move forward dcs would constantly lie and kept ignoring us till they felt like talking to us. She would make sure to get answers for us and if dcs wouldn’t get to us she would make sure that if i couldn’t get answers from dcs she would and she would notify me everytime. Very time I had a question or just wanted to know more about the dependency or what was it looking like going in to court she would always email me back and also even give me a call and give me a call back even when the office was closed she would take the time out of her afternoon to speak to me. Alane has been the Guardian Angel for me and my children. I cannot begin to express how much her hard work (and that of her staff) has impacted my life. Although we were dealing with acute issues involved in the Dependency, she always had her hand on the pulse of the family court case which would surely follow. She understood how we could use information from the current circumstances to further support a future argument in family court. Alane is a force to be reckoned with in trial. She is able to quickly think on her feet, find immediate inconsistencies, and completely dismantle a witness; and she does it with class, confidence and tact. He redirect and cross examination skills are also extremely refined and masterful. An issue was raised during my testimony which was blown out of proportion and she was able to bring the entire Courtroom back to reality with just three simple questions. Her trial prowess is something everyone should witness because it's awesome. Alane can dissect evidence like a surgeon. This is in terms of our own evidence and that of the opposing parties. She is not shy about asking for clarification if something does not make sense.
