Excellence at its finest

Kellen made the whole process of dealing with my car accident so smooth. I've been in car accidents before that weren't my fault. But the process of dealing with the other party's insurance company was grueling and dragged out. When I went to Kellen to help me deal with my last accident, it was such... a relief on my end. I didn't have to deal with the insurance companies on a weekly basis. He was well versed on how to handle the situation, and what was going to happen. He made the whole experience so easy on my end I barely had to do anything but work on taking care of myself from the accident. I would highly recommend Kellen to be your lawyer for any situation you come across!

Auto Accident Personal Injury

Kellen, Julie his Paralegal, and the staff at Levenbaum Trachtenberg were phenomenal. Initially I had hired a different firm to represent me, but I was disappointed because the paralegal never returned calls, I was forced to do all the footwork, and I never once spoke to the attorney assigned to my ...case. This was not the case with Kellen and his staff. He was in constant communication with me about updates to the case, either personally or through the paralegal. There was never a time when I did not know what the status of my case was. Kellen worked very diligently to get me the best settlement, explained all of my options thoroughly and, most importantly, did not pressure me into a settlement or to continue on to court. He left all the decisions to me and provided his advice and objective opinions as to both options. I felt very much at ease working with him. I would definitely recommend him for a personal injury case. Thank You Kellen for everything!

Red Light Accident

I contacted Kellen the day after my car was hit by a red light runner and I started to experience pain along the left side of my body, as well as stiffness in my neck and back. Kellen was very helpful and informative from day one. He reviewed my insurance and any documentation I had from the accident.... He provided helpful feedback on how I should proceed when visiting doctors and getting x-rays to check on any possible injuries. While I was being treated, Kellen checked in on my progress regularly. Kellen fought hard when working with the insurance companies to get me compensated and my medical bills paid for. He made the process as easy for me as possible by providing regular status updates.

Kellen is great at what he does. Professional and understanding, he is good at researching and is highly resourceful. He kept us informed and answered any questions we had. He is efficient and very attentive.
