The Best Lawyer!

Highly recommended! AAA +++ Smart, proactive, assertive, compassionate, communicates well, takes the time to know you and your situation. She has true passion for her job, which is a rarity these days. I will continue to use her services.

CAREER RESCUING NURSE ADVOCATE

I met Jessica in the beginning of 2017. I was having some personal problems and they were affecting my work. I was in a very unsupportive work environment and I was accused of some things that I did not do. Jessica helped save my career and probably my life. She listen to me she advocated for me. Sh...e is very well known and respected at the BON and negotiated a solution that allowed me to keep working as an RN and restore my career an RN back to better than it was. Hiring her as my attorney was the best decisions I ever made.!Thank you Jessica !

Horrible attorney

I consulted with Jessica Miller and initially, she was great. She told me not to worry and she even took the case on contingency. However, after sending out a demand letter and recieving a response from the Company's attorney Jessica dropped the case . She stated that litigation would cost more than ...what I was asking for . She left me high and dry and ruined any future chance of me pursuing my case. Jessica Miller did not request a mediation nor did she want to pursue the case when she realized she would actually have to do some work as the company was not just going to give into her unreasonable demand letter.

Knowledgable, Thorough and Caring

I consulted Jessica when my ex made a falsified claim of substance abuse to the AZ nursing board in an attempt to 'get back at me'. Jessica called me back promptly and personally (rather than an assistant) and spoke with me extensively on all steps of the investigative process: what to do and what ...not to do and all the ins and outs of what to expect and how to appropriately respond to any inevitable or possible components of an AZ nursing board investigatory process. She patiently answered each of my questions thoroughly and in an un-rushed fashion. It is apparently that she is not only very knowledgeable of nursing board investigations but also that she cares. She was also straight and to the point and did not sugar coat anything. My ex later called back the board and retracted his claim, but it is still pending as to if an investigation will ensue or if the claim will be dismissed. After speaking with 2 other attorneys regarding this matter, I will undoubtably hire Jessica if the investigation ensues. I would also recommend her to any other nurse in need of an attorney for an AZ Nursing Board investigation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
