I consulted with Kay twice over several years for an ongoing custody battle. While I have been unable to afford her rates to bring her in full-time, she agreed to help in a limited capacity to get a hearing taken off calendar (postponed). That was very nice under the circumstances. In each of our... consultations, it was as if she can read your mind - she knows instinctively what needs to be done and is aggressive in her approach, a style very important more often than not in a contested matter. She's expensive but worth it.

Ms. Creighton was unprofessional and ineffective. She charged exorbitant fees and produced no results. I have worked with numerous lawyers and have never had one who was so unprofessional in her interactions. I am not a novice to the legal system and this is not a spiteful review; just an honest one.... Her actions caused me hardship with my ongoing case due to her bad advice. Every lawyer I spoke with when trying to locate a new lawyer told me that the action she took on my behalf was inappropriate and hurt my case. The cost to get another lawyer up to speed was an additional hardship.

Catherine has represented me and provided exemplary counsel for a long, complex divorce. On numerous occasions, her attention to detail, knowledge of the law, and courtroom litigation skills have resulted in favorable decisions from the court. In addition, I believe that she has the ability to search... for unique and positive resolutions to conflicts. She does not stop until the job is done. I highly recommend Catherine!
