Kay's practice is 100% exclusively limited to Family divorce mediation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
A seasoned family law trial attorney with decades of litigation experience, divorce mediator Kay Creighton has litigated and mediated virtually every issue that can arise in a family law dispute. She has been certified in Advanced Family Law Mediation by the renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
As an outspoken advocate of mediation in Phoenix family law matters, Kay believes that mediation empowers individuals to craft agreements enabling both sides to take ownership of the process and the outcome. She also recognizes the toll that the overburdened court system takes on families and individuals.
Kay takes tremendous pride in her successful work in mediation, including as a private mediator and as an attorney supporting clients through hundreds of mediations over her many years of practice.
As evidence of her commitment to family law, Kay authored "Arizona Legal Forms-Domestic Relations," Second and Third Editions, Thompson Reuters West Publishing.
