I defend the constitutional rights of the those accused of violating criminal offenses against the State of Texas. My criminal defense practice includes representation for a variety of criminal law matters, including: DWI defense, drug charges, sex crimes, assault, theft, disorderly conduct, juvenile crimes, violent crimes, burglary, robbery, and property crimes. I also represent defendants in probation revocation hearings. Remember you are presumed innocent until proven guilty!

I defend the constitutional rights of persons arrested and charged with DWI/DUI in the state of Texas. In addition to the criminal DWI charge, I also represent DWI defendants in Administrative License Revocation hearings to protect their driver's license from automatic suspension by the Texas Department of Safety. Furthermore, if a person does have a driver's license suspended, I assist those person in obtaining an occupation drivers license needed to get to work and other necessary functions.
