In my opinion Mark Gilling is simply a great attorney: he stays focused on your case, he is able to rally tremendous insight into a myriad of details pertinent to reaching a successful outcome in insurance cases, and he has proven to me he will be there in the long run - until the situation plays out in your favor.
I know this because Mark handled my case over the span of several years, and he consistently exhibited these qualities. Several times I was ready to settle for something that would’ve affected me financially and emotionally; however, Mark tactfully made me aware of how close we were in fact to success, and he cheered me on to a winning outcome.
It’s clear to me I was the beneficiary of outstanding legal expertise and cunning; several times I was simply amazed at the ability of Mark to make a tough, intractable situation move forward in a way that ultimately led to a positive outcome in my favor. This was true the first day Mark started helping me until the very last. In my opinion, you can relax if Mark is on your side.
My advice is that you need to seriously consider Mark to handle your case as he knows, more than anyone I’ve ever heard of or met, how to get insurance companies to do the right thing. I really can’t say enough about him; my recommendation for Mark is without qualification. Please feel free to contact me for further details.

Mark Gilling represented me and my family in a car accident case when our tire blew out on the highway. My son was seriously injured and several of my family members were injured. Mark helped us get a great result. He explained things to us and helped us during a hard time. He is a good lawyer and very knowledgeable. I recommend Mark Gilling and would go to him again.

He is very difficult to get a hold of and is always either out of the office or on vacation. I don't think he looked at my case much at all and then after dodging me for over a year, he decided that he couldn't do anything for me. I guess going up against big companies is not his expertise. Meanwhile the time limit is two years and now I have to go scouting for another lawyer. Karma to you Mr. Gilling.
