I am passionate about vindicating people's rights, whether in closely-held business disputes (aka, "business divorces"), aviation, personal injury/wrongful death, or intellectual property litigation (including patents). I am down to earth, yet I understand and can communicate about even highly-technical subjects. I practice with utmost integrity and respect for my clients. Personally, I enjoy SCUBA diving, equestrian activities, camping, quad riding, and aviation. I have a wife and two young sons who are the light of my life.

Brett responded to my email and we have exchanged several emails. I would have rated Brett Excellent in all area except that we have not had that much interaction to date. Brett did offer alternatives other than hiring a lawyer which I did appreciate.
