In October of 2015 We were in a 3 vehicle accident that was not our fault. My 2 adult daughters and 4 young grandchildren and myself were in the car. With all the stress and pain from the accident I really wasn't sure how to handle any of it especially with 7 people involved. Jonathan Negretti and his team are absolutely amazing and I am very thankful for this firm and everything they did to help me get through my case. In 2014 I was in an accident. This resulted in a torn disc, which left me unable to work in my previous profession.The fact that I live out-of-state only made things worse. I initially contacted another firm and wasn't getting much traction, when I was referred to Negretti & Associates. Within day...s of my initial call with Jonathan, I received a check for the damages to my truck, which gave me something to live on while I attempted to find a new career. Jonathan could not possibly have been more helpful & professional through it all. He is extremely fast and efficient in his communications, and I never had to wait long periods of time for him or his staff to prepare documents or respond to questions or concerns. I guarantee, if you hire N&A, you will always feel like you are one of their top clients. He is also very down to earth, leaving you feeling like your working with one of your friends rather than a stuffy lawyer that talks down to you or doesn't have time for you. He sat through many an expletive filled rant, and never flinched. Costs (entirely fronted by Negretti & Associates) were mounting and we faced the prospect of another year before trial. Even so, Jonathan never pushed me to settle and made it very clear that was ready to fight if that was the route I wanted to go. It is refreshing to see an attorney that truly cares about their clients and not solely out to settle as quickly as possible. I would refer Negretti & Associates to anyone needing a solid attorney, as they are second to none.

I was very sceptical of hiring an attorney to handle my auto accident case, because I've always heard negative things about attorneys. My case was an auto accident where I was hit from behind, pulled over and exchanged insurance information with the hitter, and unfortunately didn't involve the polic...e. The hitter never responded to calls from either insurance or my attorneys. Initially, I thought for sure I was going to be out of money because failed to involve the police, but Jonathan Negretti did his best to make sure that didn't happen. After working with Holmes-Negretti, I felt a little more at ease and they gave comfort by keeping me informed and updated on everything that was going on. They were very patience, even though I tended to be anxious at times. I would definitely work with them again. The only negative is that I've never had the pleasure of meeting them in person. :( Otherwise, it was great working with them. Thanks for everything Jonathan! :)
