Negretti and associates handled my injury case from start to finish very professionally and the results were excellent . After retaining Negretti and assiciates to handle my case I got very good medical care on my various injuries and was communicated with every step of the way. Though being involve...d in an auto accident is extremely not wanted, Negretti and associates went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of properly medically and compensated for injuries suffered. I hired Jonathan Negretti right after I seriously injured my right hand due to slipping on water in a restaurant. The restaurant was cafeteria style, and after I had paid for my meal, I walked over to the drinking fountain to get some water and lemon slices. They were out of lemons, so I turned aroun...d and walked right back to where I had just paid for my meal in order to request more lemons. This means that my back was now turned away from the drinking fountain. In that short time, a little boy a few feet behind me spilled a glass of water. The manager saw it happen, and sent an employee to the back to get a wet floor sign; but she failed to stand there and warn customers of the spill until the sign could be placed. I turned around to walk back where I had come from, and quickly my feet went out from under me and sent me flying forward. I put my hands out to catch my fall, but in the process suffered a very bad break of my little finger on my right hand--my dominant hand. The finger was out of joint and sticking out a a funny angle. Over the next months, which dragged on for well over a year, I had 2 hand surgeries and months of occupational therapy. I learned more about one's hand than I ever thought I would have to know--i.e., the pinkie is the 3rd most important finger on your hand, Try to make a fist when that finger won't bend down to touch your palm like your other fingers do. Everything falls out from your fist when that finger doesn't work! Or try typing without your little finger; or having decent penmanship! During this whole stressful time, I was so grateful to be working with Jonathan Negretti. He was very caring and took the time to answer all my questions in order to educate me about the process--making sure I was kept informed each step of the way. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He made sure to ask me what my expectations were (i.e., how much did I expect to receive?). I told him what I hoped for, and boy did he get results! Over 3 times more than what I expected!! I HIGHLY recommend Jonathan.

Jonathan Negretti and his team are absolutely amazing and I am very thankful for this firm and everything they did to help me get through my case. In 2014, I was in a hit and run car accident where the other driver was extremely intoxicated and due to this accident I suffered a rib injury and a perma...nent hand injury. In 2014 I was in an accident. This resulted in a torn disc, which left me unable to work in my previous profession.The fact that I live out-of-state only made things worse. I initially contacted another firm and wasn't getting much traction, when I was referred to Negretti & Associates.
