Jake took on our fight with the HOA over annual assessment fees. He is friendly, easy to work with, competent and very knowledgeable. He got our issues resolved in our favor quickly without having to go to court, and even got the HOA to pay our attorney fees. Jacob was able to resolve our fence issue with the HOA during the Covid-19 lockdown, not an easy feat. Jacob took all of the facts and figures and ran with it.
