I came to Craig desperately for help to get custody of my children! After consulting with various attorneys that seemed not very interested in my needs except for money, no guarantee, money upfront, etc.... I lost hope. This attorney is unbelievable. I was ordered to pay in excess of $8,200 in temporary child and spousal support in my divorce case. After I hired him, he convinced the judge, through his superior litigation skills in the court room, that I should pay nothing in spousal support. A truly remarkable outc...ome that was truly the result of Craig's litigation skills, rapport with the judge and opposing counsel, and his committment to pursuing the truth to help the judge reach a fair and just outcome. In my case, the temporary order almost made me homeless and all because the judge believed my ex's attorney over me, an unrepresented litigant at the time. In my 1 year with Craig I wasn't impressed. He was hired to handle a criminal case and my divorce. He didn't consult with me regarding the criminal case more then 4 hours the entire year to look at the evidence they had placed before me. Did little to no cross examination regarding my attacker eventu...ally losing me the case. As for my divorce i paid in 9k and he never did a discovery regarding the house our items I was entitled to. Ignored my wishes regarding the children and repeatively pushed me to settle for settlements that only benefited my ex husband because he was moving firms and didn't want to tell me or his employer. I was not prevue to that information until a month before. Allowing me no time to find another lawyer to take over my case. To top it off when I wouldn't submit to him leaving my case until I could find a replacement he wrote a blatantly disrespectful letter to the court to get out of it. Wouldn't recommend throwing away your money on this man.
