Thank you!
I live in Arizona but needed an attorney licensed in California who could jump in quickly on a urgent case. She made herself available on short notice, was thorough, professional, and most importantly helped me get the best possible results under the circumstances.

Thank God for Amy
I'm writing from Australia. After 3 years of multiple law firms, courts, and financial institutions, we hired Amy Wilkins who was able to bring a very unusual and unique situation that was spiralling out of control back to order. She took a losing battle on our end to a victory within a matter of months. Although we reside in Australia, we found Amy to be extremely prompt in her email responses and given the time change, she was still willing and able to have phone conversations with us. Amy Wilkins is a very compassionate and a trustworthy lawyer and found her knowledge to be impeccable. I highly recommend Amy Wilkins and will definitely use her in any future requirements.

Excellent writer
We engaged Amy to assist in complex litigation and found her knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with, and one of the best writers we have seen in the legal profession. She immediately got up to speed reviewing multiple documents, and we quickly developed a high regard for her written work. She was patient and respectful, a task not always easy in advising clients, especially when one of them (my husband) is also an attorney. Her compassionate nature definitely helped with the inevitable stress of litigation, and her knowledge of law made us comfortable as well. Thank you, Amy!

Amy Wilkins is a very impresive lawyer!
My husband and I recently needed a civil attorney to assist us with a contract dispute. I am familiar with some attorneys who practice in criminal law but I was not really familiar with any civil attorneys or at least none that did not practice at those huge law firms where you are just another file for billable hours. But a friend recommended Amy Wilkins and my husband and I could not be happier. She took our case and was truly wonderful to work with beginning to end. She made us feel part of the process, answered all our questions and was professional and yet personable in every instance. She won our case and we cannot say enough good things about her!

An Attorney who cares.
I was going to attempt to do the appeals process myself, with little understanding of law or court processes and procedures I went to the court house to do some investigation on other cases, and found Amy's name on a case that was similar to mine. I had nothing to loose by calling her and asking for her help. She didnt hesitate to help me. she was up front with what she wanted from me, and agreed to work with me in many ways. She is professional, and I feel that I can trust that she would do what is in my best interest, and the interest of whats right in my case.

Highly recommend
Amy represented our family's case in a recent appeal and I can only highly recommend her. We had to appeal our case due to mistakes from the trial court and Amy is extremely professional, as well as committed to her client's. No stone was left unturned and she kept us informed every bit of the way. She returned every email and phone call usually on the same day, if not the very next day (including weekends). The negative review for Amy on this site is not justified at all. I have known many attorney's and she is simply the best. She renewed my faith in the judicial system, and I have nothing but great things to report about Amy.

Ms. Wilkins is the best!
Ms. Wilkins is my attorney for a custody appeal and from the very first day I met her and throughout the entire legal process she has been the most attentive, detail oriented, honest, and communicative attorney I have ever dealt with! She is professional and strong. Ms. Wilkins has kept me informed with every detail and has involved me entirely in the process. Her expertise in appeals cases is tremendous and she has represented my case flawlessly!

Amazing experience so far
I have been hesitant when hiring a lawyer because of my experiences in the past. I must say, Ms Wilkins has been very attentive to my concerns, and equally as important, she has been reasonable with her rates, (and yes this is important!). Ms. Wilkins was highly recommended because she worked for a large firm yet (since she is running her own practice now) understands the small business model . My case is not small, I am fighting against a huge corporation, yet she is not intimidated. Unfortunately, people are measured by the size of their office or the car they drive. Thankfully that's not how I made my decision. Hopefully, I don't need a lawyer in the future, but If I do, I would definitely re-hire Ms. Wilkins again.

Great Attorney Who Is Very Thoughtful and Understanding
Amy is great. She handled two matters for me and was very responsive on both. She truly listened to my concerns and worked on achieving the outcomes I wanted. She also was very responsive to my calls and emails and kept me informed of the situation. She asked for my input so that the matters were handled to my satisfaction, and I felt invested in the whole process. Her knowledge of the law and legal process was great, and it showed in her quality work and legal arguments. I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone seeking a smart, thoughtful and thorough attorney.

Brilliant Appellate Attorney
I hired Amy to represent my Maricopa Country Superior Court appeals case. Her expertise proved her to be a top appellate attorney in Arizona. Beyond her professionalism, it was her clear and complete understanding of appellate law that was wonderfully brilliant.

Beware
FIRST, SHE MET ME AT A HIGH RISE BUILDING ON N. CENTRAL (TO IMPRESS ME) VERY SOON I FIND OUT SHE HAS A LITTLE OFFICE SOUTH OF MCDOWELL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT SHE WAS REALLY SUCESSFUL AND HAD TWO OFFICES. HER NAME WAS NOT ON THE DOOR OF THE N. CENTRAL OFFICE AND HER CARDS WERE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE COUNTER WITH EVERYONE ELSES. SECOND, IN MY DEALINGS WITH AMY I FOUND HER TO BE UNTRUSTWORTHY FOR AT LEAST 5 REASONS. TO DETAIL ALL OF THEM WOULD BE TOO LENGTHY. TO NAME JUST ONE, I FOUND THAT 100% HER AVVO PROFESSIONAL RECOMENDATIONS FROM OTHER LAWYERS, SHE RETURNED THE FAVOR BY LEAVING A PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATIONT FOR THEM. THIRD, SHE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. SHE WAS NEVER GOOD AT RETURNING CALLS BUT IN THE BEGINNING SHE WAS FAIR, LATER NOT SO MUCH. THAT WAS PARTIUARLY STRESSFUL BECAUSE WAITING
1 TO 2 WEEKS FOR A CALL BACK FROM HER WAS WAY BELOW STANDARDS BY ANY STRETCH. AT SEVERAL POINTS I MADE A SURPRISE VISIT TO HER OFFICE; THIS IS HOW I FOUND OUT SHE WASN'T IN AN UPSCALE OFFICE. THEN (USUALLY) I HEARD FROM HER RIGHT AWAY. I HAVE TO RATE HER KNOWLEDGE AS VERY POOR TOO. SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION DURING MY INITIAL VISIT WITH HER ABOUT GETTING A SUPERSEDES BOND AND MANY PROBLEMS AROSE FROM THAT MISINFORMATION. SHE ALSO NEGLECTED TO TELL ME MY CHANCES OF WINNING AN APPEAL ARE ABOUT 20%. I FEEL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP IN MY INITIAL VISIT WITH HER. SHE DID FINALLY TELL ME THE PERCENTAGES I WAS DEALING WITH, HOWEVER, SHE ONLY TOLD ME WHEN I PRESSURED HER IN A PHONE CALL. AS FAR AS AMY BEING KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT APPEALS, I DON'T KNOW. ANOTHER LAWYER IS DOING MY APPEAL.
