Adam Palmer proved to be insightful, intelligent, professional and powerful as the attorney representing me in a Workers' Compensation issue involving the Industrial Commission of Arizona. Mr. Palmer is an expert in this area, a well-versed scholar of the detailed legal statutes regulating every ang...le of Workers' Compensation and the idiosyncracies of the enforcement of the same. Mr. Palmer was not only gracious to work with me on my limited budget, but he took the ball and slam-dunked my case right out of the playing field by aggressively and immediately addressing the issues with the judge and legal representative of the ICA. Consequently, I have been able to move forward without the crippling effect of a looming hearing that could have resulted in a serious compromise to my ability to conduct business. I am certain that Adam Palmer can take on any legal issue related to his area/s of expertise and follow through with building a case that is the most advantageous to his client. He definitely has the skill set, creative nature and determination to pull off amazing success in this legal arena!

My experience with Mr. Adam Palmer was not satisfying. I asked him for his help in trying to get money from an accident that involved the bumper of my car totaling approximately $2000 (Two Thousand Dollars). In total I paid him $750 (Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars) which was pretty much the limit I coul...d invest for a possible satisfied claim that would fix my bumper. When his office wrote and sent a letter threatening court action Mr. Palmer did not notice the mistake of over $22,000 (Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars)! The letter asked for; a settlement of $25,000 to resolve all issues. I pointed out the outrageous error to Mr. Palmer stating that I was not surprised we had got no answer from the plaintiff. Mr. Palmer claimed that the error was of no great importance and refused to fix the mistake. Furthermore, he was rude to me over the phone while he felt free to point out all the faults that he saw in me. In retrospect, I should have not worked with Mr. Adam Palmer because he kept telling me that my case was not worth his time. And I am very confused that the entity put into place to keep attorneys in check would think that an error of over Twenty Thousand Dollars in a case that involved only Two Thousand Dollars is a not a sign of lack of competence.
