I have been working with Mr. Palmer for over 3 years on my personal injury/workman’s compensation case. My experience with Adam was for a personable injury case. The reason I used Adam was that my daughter had a successful outcome. His friendly demeanor sets him apart from many other attorneys. At my consultation Adam said he would handle my case and from the first moment I met him I absolutely liked him and was ecstatic that he wo...uld be representing me. He is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, professional and kept me thoroughly informed. Adam would always explain everything in details and made sure I was prepared for all aspects of the case. He always returned phone calls in a timely manner and always felt at ease and knew he would take care of the problems. Even though the case was settled, I still have had to contact Adam several times to help me with other problems with the insurance company and he still gets the situation resolved and it is always to my satisfaction. My experience with Mr. Adam Palmer was not satisfying. I asked him for his help in trying to get money from an accident that involved the bumper of my car totaling approximately $2000 (Two Thousand Dollars). In total I paid him $750 (Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars) which was pretty much the limit I coul...d invest for a possible satisfied claim that would fix my bumper. When his office wrote and sent a letter threatening court action Mr. Palmer did not notice the mistake of over $22,000 (Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars)! The letter asked for; a settlement of $25,000 to resolve all issues. I pointed out the outrageous error to Mr. Palmer stating that I was not surprised we had got no answer from the plaintiff. Mr. Palmer claimed that the error was of no great importance and refused to fix the mistake. Furthermore, he was rude to me over the phone while he felt free to point out all the faults that he saw in me. In retrospect, I should have not worked with Mr. Adam Palmer because he kept telling me that my case was not worth his time. And I am very confused that the entity put into place to keep attorneys in check would think that an error of over Twenty Thousand Dollars in a case that involved only Two Thousand Dollars is a not a sign of lack of competence.
